𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗵 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Meat : 500 gram
Onion chopped(squeezed) : 2 medium size
Green fresh chili : 5
Fresh coriander
Bread slices : 2
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/2 tbsp
Red chili crushed : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil or ghe : 1 tbsp
Now rest it for a 1 hour in fridge

𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Oil : 3 tbsp
Turn each side after a 2 minute on medium flame
Total cooking time : 10-12 minutes
