In this video, I will take you on a journey from Guilin as we board a boat and head down the Li River towards Yangshuo, enjoying the stunning scenery along the way. Guilin is located in China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and is famous for the saying 'Guilin's scenery is the best under heaven.' It is known for its unique karst landscapes and rich natural beauty. Our destination is the picturesque town of Yangshuo.
During the journey, we will experience a variety of natural wonders: from bright sunshine to passing storms, and misty mountains that create a magical atmosphere, as if we are in a fairyland. Along the way, we will pass by the famous scenic spot featured on the back of the 20 yuan banknote—Yellow Cloth Reflection—and the renowned Nine-Horse Fresco Hill. This trip has allowed me to deeply appreciate the boundless charm of nature, from clear skies to sudden storms, and mist-covered landscapes that look like traditional Chinese paintings. Each moment was filled with awe and wonder. The towering mountains and serene waters along the Li River tell the stories of nature, making it hard to leave. This is not just a visual feast but a spiritual journey as well.
