Here's a satisfying and wholesome meal plate idea that you can eat for your Lunch or Dinner. It consists of Mangalorean Padengi Gassi, Kadale Manoli, Steamed Rice and a glass of Masala Chaas. This Mangalorean meal is easy to make and tastes delicious.
Mangalorean Padengi Gassi is a wholesome Green Moong Dal Curry which is cooked with roasted coconut, green chillies and tamarind giving it a rich tasty flavour. Along with it, we have Kadale Manoli which is a delicious combination of Black Chickpeas and Tindora cooked with South Indian spices. These two high protein recipes are served along with rice which provides us necessary nutrients required for our body.
Along with the meal, we have paired a Masala Chaas which is very good to consume in summers as it is rich in Vitamins, has a cooling effect and also helps in digestion.
