Ingredients:
Dough:
240 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour (or maida Indian flour)
160-170 ml (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp) boiled hot water
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 pinches of salt
Filling:
3-4 cups of cabbage, chopped
1/2 carrot. chopped
1 large onion. chopped
1 clove of garlic
1/2 red/green chilli pepper
1 tsp corn starch
1-2 Tbsp water
2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 pinches of salt
