Watch a video of Alberta Premier Alison Redford and Alberta Minister of Health & Wellness, Fred Horne, announcing the opening of three new family care clinics in Alberta, in Edmonton, Calgary and Slave Lake. The clinics will be staffed by a team of health care providers such as nurses, social workers, mental health counsellors, psychologists, pharmacists,dieticians, physiotherapists, family physicians and others to meet the local primary health care needs. The three clinics are estimated to cost approximately $15 million in 2012-2013. The announcement was made in Edmonton on Thursday March 22, 2012. Video by Larry Wong.
