Dr Conrad Murray, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the singer's death, has made a series of revelations about his former patient in a tell-all titled This Is It. Michael Jackson (pictured left as an adult) turned 13 in 1971 (right) and was still performing with the Jackson Five. But he began his solo career immediately afterwards, with his first album, Got To Be There, coming out in 1972. Murray (inset) claims Jackson told him about getting hormone shots in a confessional conversation. Jackson asked Murray to 'never breathe a word' of what he shared during the conversation - and Murray wrote in his tell-all that he agreed.
