Etihad’s current cargo fleet consists of five Boeing triple 7 freighters, delivered between 2013 and 2018, according to industry data. These aircraft have been the backbone of Etihad’s cargo operations for over a decade. While Etihad has orders for 25 Boeing triple 7 X aircraft, the airline has opted not to purchase the freighter version of the next-generation triple 7 dash 8. Instead, it has chosen the A350 F, which represents Airbus’ latest offering in the cargo aircraft segment. In addition to its freighter fleet, Etihad operates five A350 1000 passenger aircraft, with 15 more on order. These airlines play a vital role in the long-haul passenger network, showcasing Etihad’s commitment to modern and efficient aircraft across both its passenger and cargo operations.
