In January 2023, there were a lot of changes in CPT’s Evaluation and Management codes! Now there are additional changes posted March 2023 but effective back to January 2023.
This video covers changes to definitions used in medical decision making, including independent interpretation and appropriate source. It also discusses deletions to guidelines for office or other outpatient services, and revisions to prolonged consutation services and guidelines for nursing facilities.
