President Jacob Zuma has rejected concerns around political infighting as off-putting to business, arguing that South Africa is an open, vibrant constitutional democracy that should be attractive to investors.
He was speaking at the U.S.-Africa Business Forum on a panel that discussed "Shaping the 21st Century African Workforce".
Wrapping up his visit to the UN General Assembly in New York, the President also participated in a high level panel on Water and a meeting of the Africa Union on finding peace in Libya.
