Navratri is the festival to worship Shakti of the Supreme Being. When the Supreme Being manifests in the form of 'Shakti' (Power), the divine Mother has three facets: 1. Mahakali(Shiva), 2. Mahalakshmi (Vaishnavi), and 3. Mahasarasvati (Brahmani) in sequence for 3 days allotted to each goddess. Today being the 8th day of the Sharadiya Navratri festival, we have performed a Gayatri Deep Yagya as a part of this celebration. The festival of 9 nights is marked to elevate the inner energy from Muladhar Chakra to Shahshtra Chakra and realise the cosmic force of positive energy residing and helping everywhere.
