Shout out to @emmayhughes for asking me to make this video!
A guide for the new or experienced diver to the best practices of regular regulator cleaning and sterilising their Scuba Diving Regulators. Fitting the Dust Cap properly prevents water or dust entering the First Stage Regulator or the O ring from loss or damage, rinsing of the Second Stage regulator reduces salt and debris build up on the intricate working parts, proper cleaning of the mouth piece prevents dirt or bacteria build up on it, then a final soaking in clean and fresh water dilutes salt and other nasties building up in the small nooks and crannies of your expensive Scuba Diving Regulators.
