INGREDIENTS:
* 2 lbs of smoked turkey
* 1 lbs cured lamb or non cured lamb
* 1/2 large onion
* 1 tomato
* 1 red bell pepper
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 & 1/2 thumb size ginger
* 1/2 tsp anise
* 1 tbsp salt or to taste
* 1 tbsp dawadawa (substitute with 1 tbsp fish sauce)
* 1/2 cup smoked fish
* Mushrooms
* 1 Fresno chili
* 1scotch bonnet chili
* 1/4 tsp Cameroon pepper (substitute with 1/4 tsp smoked paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper)
* 1 cup palm cream dissolved into 10 cups hot water. (Use less or more water to achieve your desired consistency)
