Linerplus is a state of the art print apply and the most versatile one, indeed it can be equipped with several applicators able to satisfy all application you need. Linerplus has a large housing reel of 360mm diameter and, with standard labels 100x100, it can print and apply 4200 labels per reel at the dispensing speed of 400mm/sec even if the dispensing speed depends on the printing module. It can be embedded with SATO or ZEBRA printing module but also with Datamax and so on and can be Right Hand version or Left Hand version. Linerplus can work 24h/7d non stop. Easy to use thank its multi functional operating buttom with luminous led (1. Alarm reset, 2. Stand by, 3.printing and dispensing, 4. Vacuum power and applicator speed). Linerplus can be updated to Linerplus Advanced thanks to the advanced control unit. Most important feature of the advanced control unit are:
- Quick Set Up. You can set up till 100 labels programs in which you can choose dispensing speed, dispensing point, dispensing delay;
- Scan Manager function. The Labeler check the code presence, code matching between the code stored in PC and the one printed on the label, code legibility;
- Variable speed thanks to the encoder;
- Display with hourly production, number of products labeled
- End of the roll electronic check with pre alarm
