The country could experience election violence this year. This is according to preliminary findings of a survey by the European Union Election Observation Mission. The EU mission draws this conclusion after its observers to parts of the country reported on worrying trends that could fan the violence.
The EU warning comes barely a week after the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, outlined the possible hotspot areas in the country as the election approaches. Daniel Mule tells us more.
