Procedure and Eligibility for Participation in the Initial Draw of New City Paradise

Dear Members,

You are hereby informed that only those members who have completed the billing of their plots by 30th June 2023 are eligible to participate in the initial draw of New City Paradise. Full payment of all dues except BALLOTING & POSSESSION FEE is not necessary to be a part of initial draw. All members are informed that the last date for payment of dues is 20 September 2023.

Note

1. Members who do not wish to participate in the initial draw may continue with the 42 month payment schedule.
2. EARLY BIRD BALLOTING NUMBER OF PLOTS IS LIMITED - New Zealand reserves the right to close EARLY BIRD BALLOTING entries at any time without prior notice.
