As always the template and work environment are free; a good Archicad template (and work environment) is too important to horde. Note: In my recent videos I've noticed a few of the menus aren't being captured by my screen recording software (OBS Studio). Not sure what's going on with that. The missing pop-up menus aren't anything critical, just annoying. And it's not something I notice while recording. Hopefully I'll do some research and fix it in the future. Maybe. I don't know. Not the most important thing in the world.
