I have been wanting to make this one for a while one of the most popular cocktails on the menu at The Alchemist. It can only be the Screwball and thank you to The Alchemist for sharing the recipe as i am big fan of The Alchemist if you couldn't tell.

Ingredients:

- 22.5ml (0.75oz) Raspberry Vodka
- 22.5ml (0.75oz) Blue Curacao
- 15ml (0.5oz) Fresh lime juice
- 35ml (1.2oz) Cloudy apple juice (Now you can play with this and substitute with apple juice and put in 40ml)
- 15ml (0.5oz) bubblegum syrup should be 10ml but I wanted more bubblegum flavour
- White chocolate foam
- Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry



How to make (Method):

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and put to one side for now.
2. Add ice to the shaker and add in the ingredients apart from the white chocolate foam.
3. Shake for 10 seconds to chill and strain into the rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Spray your white chocolate foam on top of the cocktail, then finally garnish with the luxardo cherry.
5. Enjoy this famous bubblegum flavoured cocktail.


I would highly recommend this cocktail and to make it yourself as it is very satisfying to make and enjoy the contents. Just follow the The Alchemist on instagram as they been a saviour over lcockdown and provided a lot of their recipes to make at home.
