Skillet apple cake
2 apples
Butter 1 tbsp
1 egg
Sugar 1 tbsp + 1/3 cup (65 g)
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp (or vanilla extract 1 tsp)
Vegetable oil or melted butter 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Milk 2/3 cup (160 ml)
All-purpose flour 1 1/4 cup (150 g)
Baking powder 2 tsp (8 g)
(I used 8 inch pan)
1) Cut 2 apples
2) Grease the pan with butter
3) Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar
4) Place apples on the sugar
5) In a bowl, add 1 egg, the vanilla sugar and 1/3 cup sugar and mix
6) Add vegetable oil, milk and mix
7) Add flour, baking powder and mix
8) Pour the mixture into the pan
9) Cover and cook over low heat (20 min)
10) Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid
