Greetings! Here is a quick and easy "Fast Food" meal that you can fix your family any time! This is a great example of how you can prepare a quick meal from your food storage in no time flat.

All you need to put this on the table is 2 pints of canned pork, chicken or beef, a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce, some homemade bread or rolls and a nice side salad!
That's it! Dinner in not time!

I have used canned pork shoulder, however, I plan on canning more pork soon and will be using pork tenderloin and simply canning the tenderloin in large chunks inside pint jars.

I hope this gives you a great idea for a quick meal from your food storage. I hope that you are using the food storage you have, remember rotation is the most important part of maintaining a great home pantry!
