Vengo struck a deal with Kevin O'Leary and Lori Greiner for a $2 million loan at 7% interest and a 3% equity stake. However, the deal with O'Leary and Greiner fell through, but Vengo didn't let that setback hold them back. Their screens now are in over 27,000 nationwide locations, generating millions of active engagements monthly.
Number 2. NuMilk.
A plant-based milk brand, Numilk machines, which allow customers to make their own fresh almond milk with the touch of a button.
Mark Cuban, offered $2 million for 7% ownership in Numilk, along with an optional $1 million loan at a 3% interest for a 3% stake in advisory shares.
Since their appearance on "Shark Tank," Numilk has flourished, with a valuation of $55 million.
Number 1. Zipz.
Prepackaged wine served in a plastic container designed to mimic the elegance of a traditional wine glass.
Zipz was seeking a $2.5 million investment for 10% of the company. Kevin O'Leary saw potential in Zipz Wine and struck a deal, making it one of the show's largest investments.
However, challenges arose as the company struggled to keep up with demand and achieve profitability. Social media pages went dormant, and websites remained outdated, signaling the end of Zipz Wine.
