I only have 900 paragon, no augments, no primals and gems are in the 90-100's. So with some effort you can still push this build a bit further. I go for more of a brain dead approach to the build where once you cast your buffs you are only teleporting and throwing meteors. The important piece is to keep moving and teleporting to proc your karini. Lots more room for improvement and damage to squeeze out of this build, the leaderboard already has 150 at less than 4 minutes.
