With HSC in the full CW position (firm), you can hear the knocking noise coming from the shock HSC adjuster. With the HSC in full CCW (soft) position you can hear the noise is gone. The noise is present in any position aside from full CCW.
In the video I am pressing down on the frame to compress the shock a little, then dropping the rear of the bike with the tire a couple inches off the ground.
