In this video, you will learn how to do Planks for beginners. We will do Plank together for 1 minute.
The plank is a core strength exercise similar to a push-up position. One of the most famous ab exercises, the plank, is an extremely well-known exercise. Lying face down, with your lower half and torso off the floor so that the only contact points with the floor are the toes and the arms from the elbow down. Try to hold yourself steady for as long as you can.
Planks are a great way to strengthen your core and work out many different muscle groups, all at once. You can also do them anywhere — all you need is your body weight.
Doing planks can also help improve your posture by strengthening your core.
How long should a beginner hold a plank?
About one minute. But don't worry, you don't need to hold a plank anywhere near that long.
Let’s try to stay in a plank for 60 sec. together…
