If you were on any other medication that was known to deplete nutrients doctors would recommend you consider supplementing with those nutrients. Birth control should be no different.
We want to build a nutrient dense diet. 👍🏽 And it’s a good idea to start a multivitamin or Prenatal.
✅Prenatal if you need the iron or still have periods.
✅Multivitamin without iron if you’re not menstruating or iron fine.
