Palak (Spinach) easily makes it to the list of healthy vegetables due to its higher iron content and other nutritional values. Adding Spinach to the menu of you family can be really beneficial, specially for growing kids. I know that leafy vegetables do not share good reputation with kids, :) but once the leaf form goes away so does the dislike.
