President Tim Gibson welcomes the Class of 2025 at the 78th Annual Convocation Ceremony at the King’s College, held on September 1, 2021. At Convocation, new students sign the Honor Code, which reads, “A student of The King’s College will not lie, cheat or steal, or turn a blind eye to those who do. Every student is honor-bound to confront any other student who breaches the Honor Code.” The signing of the Honor Code also represents the commitment to abide by the community standards of The King’s College as expressed in the Student Handbook. Brent Buterbaugh, 2021-22 student body president, says the Honor Code at King's exemplifies how the Christian walk is something we do hand in hand with others. It calls us to choose to be responsible for our community.
