When ex army corporal and notorious and well respected liverpool crime boss Peter clarke sat in court and heard the judge find him guilty or m*rder, Peter had put his face in his hands and breathed a massive exhale.

Stephen allegedly strained to say Peters name. Stephen spun round attempting to outrun metal casing. However he was struck in the chest, arm and leg. Stephen walked until his legs would no longer work
2 days later Peter walked into admiral police station with his solicitor and turned himself in. His statement was clear.
In part the prosecution believed Peter clarke was responsible for the sh**ting because part of his role in the army was o he was very proficient on striking the target. After the m Peter had allegedly fled the scene in at least 3 different cars to murky his tracks, bmw owned by premier security retail, a security business that managed most of the clubs in liverpool, owned by his brother Stephen clarke.
All three bmw were said to have been speeding through the estate right after the shooting in south liverpool and they were captured on cctv
