As foodies we love sweets and we don't mind whether they are made from sugar or any other type of sweetener. However higher sugar consumption can lead to many problems and as a result those types of sweets are not healthy. So, today I thought of sharing a recipe of a sweet which is made from Jaggery (Gud) which is a healthy source of sugar and it won't effect you even if you start to binge eat this sweet. I have prepared "Gud Papdi" which includes jaggery as one of the core ingredients. This sweet also includes ghee (clarified butter) which is also a healthy source.
