In this video, I show you my tips on how to save a penalty. I take my time whenever the penalty has been made, really drags the time so that the penalty taker gets impatient and the same with the referee. Then, I move because as I mentioned, it distracts the penalty taker. Then, I look at how the striker leans when he is taking the shot. If he leans back, he opens up and if he leans forward, he shoots where his stamp foot is.
