Welcome to today`s 40 minute challenging "Kettlebell LEG Workout + Core".
Today’s workout contains 3 blocks of exercises. Block 1 contains 10 movements, each movement for 40 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between and we will be performing the block for 2 rounds in a row. The second and the third blocks contain 6 movements, each movement for 35 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between and we will also perform them for 2 rounds in a row.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by using more weight with the exercises or/and by adding extra rounds to each block.
In this workout I'm using 12kg, 16kg and 20 kg kettlebells of KettlebellKings :

BLOCK 01

1. 3 Count Goblet Squat
2. Reverse Pulse Lunge (R)
3. Reverse Pulse Lunge (L)
4. Kettlebell Hold Knee Pull
5. Wide Stance Stiff Leg Deadlift
6. Uneven Suitcase Squat To Reverse Cross Lunges (R)
7. Uneven Suitcase Squat To Reverse Cross Lunges (R)
8. Hip Drop Knee Tuck
9. Behind The Neck Narrow Stance Good Morning
10. Full Deadlift
BLOCK 02
35/15 sec.
1. Fast Goblet Squat Knee Kick
2. Reverse Lunge Swing
3. Kettlebell Crunch
4. Seated Hip Thrust Knee Lunge
5. Behind The Neck Sumo Squat Side Step
6. Behind The Neck Seated Side Bends
BLOCK 03
35/15 sec.
1. Lateral Lunge
2. Kettlebell Hikes
3. High Plank To Deadlift
4. Kettlebell Hip Thrust
5. Kettlebell Squat Swing
6. Kettlebell Jack Knife
