Preston Park parkrun in Brighton UK is a free 5k time trial held every Saturday at 9:00am.
It is entirely organised by volunteers and is for runners of all abilities and all ages.
You don't need to belong to a running club or an athletics club. You just need to be able to run/walk 5km. So come along for a run in the park
