LifeCare Alliance was established in 1898 as the Instructive District Nursing Association, and it’s the oldest visiting nurse association in the state. CEO and President Chuck Gehring talks about the organization’s history and mission in an interview at Carrie’s Cafe, a restaurant for seniors and low-income residents operated by LifeCare Alliance.
