Ingredients:
* Red fish fillet 350 gr
* Broccoli 250 gr
* Cherry tomatoes 150 gr
* Onion 1 pc
* Garlic 2 cloves
* Cream 15% 250 ml
* Lemon 1/4 piece
* Sunflower oil for frying
* Pasta 300 gr
* Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking process:
1. Wash and dry the fish with paper towels. Cut into cubes. Leave the fish to marinate in salt, pepper and lemon juice.
2. Boil broccoli for 5-7 minutes in boiling water.
3. In a preheated pan, fry onion and garlic
4. Add fish, fry for a few minutes
5. Add boiled broccoli and cherry tomatoes, fry for 2 minutes, then pour over the fish and vegetables with cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Warm up for a couple of minutes.
6. Put the sauce on the cooked pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
