This event, organised in partnership between the IISS and the International Committee of the Red Cross, took stock of past urban conflicts, including some in Europe, and highlight military, developmental and humanitarian responses.
This event took place on 13 June and was chaired by Virginia Comolli, Senior Fellow for Security and Development, IISS.
