Homemade Bread in One Hour - Start to Finish!
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Warm (not hot) Water
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Packet of Yeast (I used 2 Tablespoons Yeast - probably overkill :))
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Mix together the Water, Yeast, Sugar and 1 Tablespoon of the Oil. Let sit to make sure your yeast is alive. Once you're sure, mix in the flour & Sea Salt and knead dough until smooth. Grease a pan with the remaining Tablespoon of Olive Oil. Shape your loaf and place on pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 mins. Remove wrap and make several cuts in loaf to release steam while baking. Bake in preheated 400°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
