Losing body fat using a straight diet for 16 weeks or perhaps it's better to diet for 2 weeks, then take a 2 week period at maintenance. This approach did take 30 weeks in total instead of the 16 weeks for group 1 but the results were quite amazing.
There are my top 5 reasons to take an approach to fat loss which is not linear, instead we focus on adjusting the plan every two weeks and see some pretty amazing differences in the two groups.
