Hello Everyone, Welcome to my channel. I'm Diva aka Fitness With Diva. I am an experienced & licensed group fitness instructor with an extensive dance background. My workouts consist of Dance Fitness workouts, Low to medium impact interval training, Indoor cycling and Spinning. I thoroughly enjoy making content that speaks to a variety of people and absolutely love the process.
The following video is an easy and quick 5 minute cool down and stretch in which you can perform after your workout, there is no equipment needed for this one and no repeat exercises.

As I always say it's not about how fast you can complete the workout, but more of paying attention to your form, alignment and going at your own pace.
