John Buck was invited at IIM-B to give special talk on "Company wide Agility with Beyond Budgeting, Open Space and Sociocracy" on November 21, 2018.

He has more focused on how probing is the best strategy in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world and helped participants to understand how to design a probe!

It was really pleasant experience to share modern management approaches like agile, sociocracy, beyond budgeting and open space.
