Today I take a look at the new to me Volquartsen 10/22.
I bought this rifle for my daughter to compete in PRS rimfire with.
The rifle has a Volquartsen receiver, bolt, and trigger group.
The barrel is a Kidd 20" stainless steel 16 twist barrel.
The stock is the Victor Titan stock.
I shoot the rifle at 50 yards with Lapua Center X, SK LR Match, and Eley Match to see how it performs.
The rifle has several light primer strikes. After shooting I took a look at the bolt and chamber and both are pretty significantly dirty. I will clean the rifle and do another round of testing with Center X to see if it's going to be reliable enough for competition use.
