Ingredients for one serving:
1 cup frozen berries (240 ml / about 160g)
1 teaspoon (gluten-free) flour

For the crumble topping:
2 tablespoons (gluten-free) oats
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or butter)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Mix the berries with the flour
2. Mix the ingredients for the crumble together
3. Top the berries with the crumble
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes
5. Serve with Greek yogurt, for example
