The story of Ahilya in the Valmiki's Ramayana is one of the richest stories in our Itihasa. It underwent drastic changes in the later revisions, and the real story is almost forgotten. In an effort to get rid of guilt and shame induced revisions, we decided to keep this as a part of our discussions on Itihasa.
