The Associated Press has projected Arkansas for Donald Trump, awarding him the state’s 6 electoral votes. Trump received support from top Arkansas Republicans, including Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, though former Governor Asa Hutchinson did not endorse him. Democrats haven’t won Arkansas in a presidential election since Bill Clinton in 1996. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris is projected to win New Jersey, securing its 14 electoral votes and maintaining the Democrats' longstanding success there. Harris also claimed Delaware, President Biden’s home state, continuing her momentum in traditionally Democratic states.
