What started off as a basic video for a local 3rd grade class turned into much more. I had a blast hanging out for a morning with my friend and mentor Davis. He has taught me a lot, particularly with the pollination bees. It is great to have someone to bounce ideas off of when trying to improve and grow.
We had a great time and ended up doing a hive inspection, witnessing and catching a swarm and performing a split. In this video Davis also shares a technique that I had never heard of before. It was pretty cool Good times.
