In this video, we go over how to conduct a Cronbach's Alpha measure of internal reliability in JASP. A Cronbach's Alpha is a measure of internal consistency that is used in the scale development process and is the extent to which participants have responded to items consistently on a scale of measure. Generally, higher Cronbach's Alpha scores are desirable with .9 and above being preferable and .7 or lower as unacceptable.
