Building a robust project plan is key to any successful project. While it’s not possible for it to be perfect, the goal is to bring to life the project objectives by nailing down the execution.
One call out I’ll make is that in this video I’m using the term “Project plan” and “schedule” interchangeably which is arguably incorrect. To clarify, while the schedule becomes the heartbeat of the project plan, it is not the only piece of the project plan. However many times project plan and schedule are used interchangeably. In other videos I’ll detail the additional components of a project plan.
