A medicine ball is a great piece of exercise equipment for home-workouts. Best used for short intense conditioning drills and be easily transported. You can find medicine balls online that range from 5lbs to over 100lbs.
I recommend most guys should stick with a medicine ball that's between 10lbs and 15lbs and keep your conditioning drills around 15 minutes long and incorporate other exercises into the drill.
