Today on Beauty Beyond 40: my under 15 minute follow-along 7E Wellness/Myolift microcurrent gloves tutorial for the entire face and neck, using erase and educate with my Myolift Mini device. This updated technique for 2024 includes using only erase mode around the mouth and neck to stretch out and release tension in the depressor muscles (DAO), chin, and neck. Then I use erase on my forehead and around my eyes. The second half of the tutorial includes educate mode to lift, lighten, and tone the muscles of the jawline, cheeks, hooded eyes and under eye areas.
