This 12 min dance inspired warm up routine features music from Harry Styles, Mac Miller, and Kacey Musgraves! This is a great routine to either use as a warm up before your workout, or even as a morning workout/workout for beginners! The first song focuses on waking the body up with slow movements and has more of a stretch focus. The second song focuses on warming up the ankles, hips and arms. And finally, the last song is designed to get your heart rate up and warm up the legs!
