For this beer we fermented a split batch side by side using Cosmic Punch™ and British Ale V.
Cosmic Punch™ is the Thiolized™ version of British V and can generate thiols through biotransformation, releasing tropical aromas experienced in southern hemisphere hops and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

60 Minute Boil
20 Minutes - 2oz Nelson Sauvin
10 Minutes - 2oz Riwaka & Motueka
Whirlpool (15 minutes) - 1oz each Nelson, Riwaka & Motueka
Dry Hop on Day 3 for 5 days total - 1oz each Nelson, Riwaka & Motueka
Starting Gravity 1.050 - Final Gravity 1.010 - ABV - 5.25%
