Great recipe for leftover pot roast or rotisserie chicken.
Lightly brush corn tortillas with oil. Place on baking sheet in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Prepare a “glue” with 1 tablespoon of flour and one teaspoon on water. You can skip if you prefer toothpicks. Tightly roll meat in warm tortillas, “glue” edges and place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen before cooking as well for future use.
